A mid-sized manufacturer British Columbia, Canada has decided and strategically planned to become one of the top places for film and tv production. It has all started forty years ago and the province has managed to bring the legislations, both local and national, universities and entrepreneurs together to transforme into a global new-media center. To lay out the transition in detail we need to analyze the changes in beurocracy and supports provided for education, labor, and cultural environment in the area for the last forty years. British Columbia has been associated with the nickname 'Hollywood North' since the 1980s. It has become one of the most important global centers for both film and TV industry which have been expanding due to the new digital platforms. This piece aims to analyze and express the strategic implementation of British Columbia as a very valuable road map for another region in the world as a development plan.
